First Class Service, excellent company
From start to finish the service offered by Blackhurst was first class. We found the car we wanted and made contact with Bertie by phone who was happy to answer all the questions we had and also provided us with a video of the car. Once we had paid the deposit the car was put through the MOT and also Serviced even though it was not due for another 6 months. On top of that the car also came with a 6 month warranty. Overall an excellent service and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again

Fantastic used car sales buying experience. Travelled approx 80 miles as had seen the car online. Part exchanged my car and the process was seamless. Bertie is very knowledgeable and easily answered any specific questions. Also provided great advice as the replacement car has lots of new technology which I was unfamiliar with. A thorough handover process. All the advice received still stands, that's after driving the car for the last 2 weeks since the purchase. Car has also been prepared to a very high standard, even though over a year old (with 9K miles) - it still feels like a brand new car.

I found the car I had been searching for for months via auto trader, but work prevented me getting to Blackhurst garage for a few days, quick response to emails (out of hours - not expected). Great car, great service and flexibility for me. The car is grand, and I would use the garage again, despite the long journey - made longer by the M6 and bad weather!!

This friendly traditional motor outlet is a dream to deal with. I had the pleasure of dealing with both David and Bertie to purchase a car. A great service with no pressure
Second time purchasing a car with Blackhurst Garage and the process was just as pain free as the first time. Bertie was vey relaxed about the whole process and in no way pushy towards a sale. He took time to chat with us and my wife & I felt very at ease with him. We were allowed to test drive the new car without Bertie which is great as it allows you to play about with the car and try all the gadgets etc. Part ex wise, he offered the price I had in mins and the sales transaction was very quick and pain free. Overall, I'd definitely use Blackhurst Garage again due to their friendly, no pressure customer attitude.

Having moved to Whitchurch, we tried Blackhurst Garage for our 2nd car. (Our main car is tied in to a service plan at a main dealership in Shrewsbury)

The service is excellent. Has that family feel to the business rather than a big corporate feel. When I was in at 08:30 on Tuesday a few customers turned up at once so there was very small queue. Some one extra who I assume was a manager came out the office and also checked customers in.

The staff at the front desk are super helpful.

Our car has been seen twice in a few weeks. It was washed for us free of charge on the last occasion even through we insisted on paying they wouldn't take payment.

I've not enquired as to wether they do service plans here but would really love our main car to be serviced here to.

Excellent responsive and personal service
My parents went to Blackhurts on a recommendations having been overwhelmed by the car supermarket experience. They received one to one attention and endless time and patience to make sure they were comfortable with their new car, and had all their questions answered. They didn't need to return to the dealership, as payment, delivery of the car and removal of their old car to trade in all happened from their home.

10 months down the line from purchasing our Ford kuga from Blackhurst's I thought I'd leave a review of our experience. The initial test drive and purchase discussion was very relaxed and pressure sales free. The only issue was the battery which was replaced without fuss, the car has performed faultlessly since and is a pleasure to drive. Blackhurst's proved to be a garage with excellent sales and back up service to trust.

Didn't want to leave!
So I went in to buy a car i had seen on the internet, fully expecting to be in and out as quickly as possible, as i had to get back to Brum. Ninety minutes later, i had pretty much forgotten why i was there. Dave greeted me like a long-lost friend and we spent the next hour or so chatting about cars, people we knew from the 70s in motor rallying - God, it really is a small world - and generally shooting the breeze about life, the universe and everything. What an amazing guy. We finally remembered what i was there for. The car was immaculate. It was in gorgeous condition, fully valeted, with a full service (and fsh) and brand new MOT. It also came with 6 months warranty. Dave sorted out the tax and showed me round the car. He then left me to familiarise myself, checking in occasionally to make sure i was ok. When I drove off, he popped out to wave goodbye. Prior to my visit i had spoken to Dave (and I want to say Craig or Liam?) on the phone. Nothing was too much trouble and all the admin was done and dusted with no hitches when i turned up. I have since agreed with Dave to get my future servicing and MOTs done by his team. If you ever get a chance to buy a car from Blackhurst Garages, I recommend you do so, even if you don't need it. It's the car-purchasing equivalent of being taken on a magic carpet ride through a luxury spa. Oh, and to cap it all, Dave makes a cracking mug of tea!

Blackhurst Gorges at Whitchurch have serviced and MOT'd our Wildtrack for a couple of years now, staff are friendly and very helpful, work is carried out to a very high standard, this year a full set of tyres were fitted at a very competitive price, Diagnostics also showed faulty glow plugs which we were wondering due to starting issues in the cold, sadly these are not stock items so booked the truck in for further work. Can't fault these guys. its good to have a garage you can trust, its taken us a while to find one again.

Update:
Truck has been back for the glow plugs to be replaced all work carried out along with faulty valves in the wheels which were losing 30psi over night.
Thank you for all your hard work, much appreciated.
